Refund Policy – LiveCallSquad online
Refunds are only processed for a specified term in case a severe service error has been committed on our part for example chat support goes offline or an agent does not respond to chats appropriately. Refund cases are dealt with very carefully and you are requested to send an email to support@livecallsquad.com with a detail of why the refund claim is made. It normally takes 48 hours for us to process refund requests once details have been submitted.
